At Vibuti Fab Studio, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our exchange policy carefully before making a purchase.
No Returns or Refunds
We do not accept returns or offer refunds. However, we do offer exchanges or store credit under the conditions outlined below.
Exchange Policy
• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase (for in-store purchases) or within 7 days of receiving the product (for online orders).
• The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all price tags intact.
• Customers must bear the return shipping cost when sending an item back for exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
• If you receive a damaged or defective product, you must provide an unedited opening video as proof.
• The video should clearly show the package being opened and the damage present.
• Without an opening video, we cannot accept damaged items for exchange.
Store Credit Option
• If you do not find a suitable product for exchange, we can offer you store credit instead.
• Store credit can be used for future purchases at Vibuti Fab Studio.
Communication & Process
• For in-store purchases: Bring the item to the store within 7 days with proof of purchase.
• For online orders: Notify us immediately upon receiving the product if you want to exchange it.
• Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order details and opening video (if applicable).
